The Visionary project, presented by Apex Residences, a leading real estate development company, proposed The Apex Tower, a luxury residential complex. Their issue was a time-honored problem in the real estate business: how to get prospective purchasers and investors to fall in love with a property that was on paper only. The quality, ambiance, and experience of living a luxurious life, which would be worth the high investment, were not effectively conveyed through static blueprints and 2D renders. They required an encompassing asset that could create an emotional bond and financial trust simultaneously.
We had a philosophy of making not just a walk-through; we wanted to make a movie and make people feel what it would be like to live in The Apex Tower. Our operation was anchored based on accuracy and craftsmanship.
Our starting point was the translation of complicated architectural Computer-Assisted Design drawings into a very detailed digital twin. Exterior Facade: With the help of 3Ds Max and Blender, the distinctive shape of the balconies, the special pattern of the terracotta cladding, and the smooth glass curtain walls have been carefully modeled. Interior Environments: Apex had custom-made high-quality furniture and decor in each of its apartment units to showcase the high-end brand they were creating. We were very careful about the scaling that was correct and the real proportions to bring about spatial authenticity. Landscape and Environment: We constructed the surrounding master-planned community and landscaped gardens, reflective water features, and walkways, and put the tower in the perfect future context.
It is here that the digital model became a realistic, idealistic world.
